Program Objectives
Students will learn about computer hardware and operating systems, troubleshooting and repairing various devices, and using a helpdesk ticketing system.
Industry Certifications
The program prepares you for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
Methods of Instruction
This program will be taught through a combination of lectures, hands-on classroom/shop/lab projects, small group, and individual projects.
